Frequently asked questions

How much notice is required?


We ask for as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment if requiring a specific date. Where possible we will endeavour to assist on the earliest date available for you and also with next day cleans if we have availability. Please be advised that there are many busy periods throughout the year and we will hold your required date for 24 hours.




Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?


No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.




Do your wash windows?


We do all inside windows




If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?


Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.




I have booked a deep clean/one off clean/ spring clean what do you clean?


As a company we understand everyone lives differently which is why we do not supply a standard cleaning list. We ask the client to produce a cleaning list which is in priority order that is handed to the team on arrival and this can then be worked through in the time booked. It is important that enough hours are booked to ensure as much or all of your requirements on the list are completed. If you are unsure on the amount of man hours to book please speak with one of the sales teams and they can advise how many hours would be required. They will sometimes ask for you to email your list so it can be assessed and quoted accordingly.




How many are in a team that will attend my booked order?


We do not offer lone working and the teams work in a minimum of two though some teams are three or more. The schedules are not generated till the night before so the number of the team will not be advised upon booking but depending on how many members in the team, the man hours are divided down between them.




How do we pay?


We accept payments by bank transfer or you can arrange a regular standing order. All payments must be made in advance of services commencing.




How much does your service cost?


Each quote is tailored to your home or business and how you use it and because we offer additional services, no quote will be the same.




Can I book a cleaner at short notice?


We can usually help at short notice, please call our central booking number 07476 255 505 to discuss your needs. This line is operational 24 hours, 7 days a week.




What do you do with my personal information?


All your personal information is treated carefully and in line with the requirements of the data protection act, and as such we never share such information.




How long will it take to clean my property?


The clean teams will work through a list supplied by yourself in priority. The sales team can advise on this and ensure that you book enough time. If you want 10 rooms cleaning ensure you book enough time for 10 rooms to be cleaned. Please note our cleaners do not work any quicker than you or I would initially as they simply choose to undertake this type of employment as their profession, this is important to keep in mind when booking the amount of cleaners hours




Which are do you cover?


We operate South West London.




Can I have my property cleaned at the same time as my oven and carpets are cleaned?


The mobile cleaner teams are multi trained so cleaning (cleaners hours) can be booked along with oven and carpet cleaning. These would all take place on the one day and would be quoted at the time.




Will I get my rental security bond back if I secure you to complete my end of tenancy clean?


When undertaking an end of tenancy clean we ask for a list of jobs supplied in priority that the team can work through. The list is best to be created from the end of tenancy agreement, though it is important to book enough time to complete the list. Failure to book sufficient time could result in the clean not been completed.




I have for many years not thrown anything away and I have contained this with in my property. What service do you offer and what would you recommend?


We would recommend a clean and clear service; this involves the team clearing the unwanted items in to a skip and then cleaning throughout. Detailed information is required to ensure an accurate quote and enough time is booked so the job can be completed to a good standard.




I have not seen my rental property for some time, but require it cleaning, how many hours would you suggest I book?


Photos are always a good source of information and can assist the sales team when advising on hours along with other information such as the size of property, what type of oven requires cleaning and how many carpets. As much information is always the easiest way to ensure enough time is booked.




I have a pet, are your cleaners comfortable around pets?


The clean teams are pet friendly as long as the pets are friendly in return. Please advise the sales team on booking if any pets are present so that the team can be briefed prior to the visit.




Does your carpet clean include Disinfestation for cleaning after pets?


The carpet cleaning is a washing system and the disinfestation treatment can be added at the same time the carpets are cleaned. The disinfestation treatment is charged separately and the carpet can not be vacuumed until after 10 days once the carpets have been treated.
